San Club provides you with an online platform through this website, allowing you to browse service information and make reservations for services through this platform. By browsing/using this website and/or any person who orders services through you, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. Please read the following terms of use carefully. These policies apply to specific services, products or programs offered by San Club.
Reservation Service
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to form a legally binding contract.
Any service time stated on this platform is for reference only. The actual service time required will be adjusted according to the actual situation.
The platform system will send a confirmation notification to the email address registered by the user to confirm that we have received your order.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to refuse or cancel orders for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to where the service you ordered is not available.
If there is an error in your reservation (such as incorrect selection of a standard car/large-size car), the price difference will not be refunded, only the price difference will be reimbursed.
You must use the service within the deadline (90 days) and arrive at the branch service location on time. If you fail to use the service within the deadline, fail to show up on time or fail to provide booking information, you will not receive the service or a refund.
Price and Payment
The payment methods we accept include VISA, MasterCard, Alipay Hong Kong, and WeChat Pay. All services will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.
Sometimes due to various reasons, website payment may not be successful. In this case, please contact our customer service via Whatsapp.
If the price at which we propose to accept your order is higher than the price at the time you made your order, we will either cancel your order or contact you to ask whether you wish to pay the higher price or cancel your order.
We reserve the right to change prices and charges at any time and may do so by email or posting on this Site. If you use or continue to use our services after notification of such changes is given, it means that you agree and accept the changed prices and charges.
Cancellation and Refund
Unless otherwise stated, all payments made by you to the Company are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please read the content and policies of the service page carefully before making an appointment.
Please note that if a promotional code or coupon has been used during booking, even if you apply for cancellation or refund, the promotional code or coupon will not be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Promotional Offers
From time to time we may offer promotional prices, coupons, discounts and special offers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined and are subject to relevant terms and conditions.
Coupons and discount codes
(a) Promotional codes and coupons we offer are only valid for one-time bookings made on this website. You must use a valid promotional code or coupon on the checkout page in order for it to be applied to your reservation;
(b) Promotional codes and coupons may not be applicable to certain services or offers;
(c) Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes and coupons are not transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, points, other products or services;
(d) If a reservation is cancelled, the promotional code and/or coupon used for that order will be void and no refund or compensation will be given. Promotional codes and coupons have no cash or refund value;
(e) We reserve the right to stop you from using the promotional codes and coupons if you are deemed to be abusing the promotional codes and coupons;
(f) We reserve the right to amend the Terms without prior notice; and
(g) In case of any disputes, our decision shall be final.
Use of the Website
You may only use this Website to make bona fide and legitimate enquiries or reservations and hereby undertake not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or any reservations in anticipation of demand.
You undertake that the payment details you provide to us at the time of booking are correct. You also commit to provide us with a correct and accurate email, mailing address and/or other contact information, and agree that we may use this information to contact you when necessary. Therefore, as a condition of your use of the Site, you agree not to use the Site or its contents and information, directly or indirectly, for any commercial or non-personal purpose, or for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or resell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Site, unless authorized in advance in writing by us. Furthermore, you agree not to:
(a) use the Website or its Content for any unauthorized commercial purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution or resale of Bookings;
(b) make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations;
(c) provide content that infringes or violates the intellectual property or other rights of any entity or person, including, but not limited to, copyright, patent, trademark, laws governing trade secrets, rights of privacy or rights of publicity;
(d) impersonate another person or entity, falsely claim or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity, or use a false identity with the intent to mislead, deceive or defraud others;
(e) use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, disrupt or otherwise interfere with other users’ use of the Website or equipment or cause damage, disruption or limitation to the functionality of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
(f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or use the Website, any linked websites, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Website through hacking, password mining or any other means;
(g) post any information through this website that is illegal under any applicable laws or regulations, or any information that promotes illegal activities;
(h) provide or provide links to any content that may be deemed harmful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, vulgar, violent, abusive, profane, racist, discriminatory, insulting, threatening, tortuous, harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
(i) provide or provide links to any content that contains libellous, defamatory, false or slanderous material; and
(j) do anything else that damages or negatively affects the reputation of the Website, the Company (Products) and each of its employees;

San Club shall not be liable for any events beyond its reasonable control or for any consequential losses arising therefrom.

We may modify or update these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice. We will post any changes or corrections on this website. You should periodically review this page to review the most current version of the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to the revised Terms of Use.
General Terms
In case of any dispute concerning the Platform or the services thereunder, the decision of San Club will be final, binding and conclusive.

The Company's personal data collection measures are used to identify, retrieve and process customer records so that the Company can follow up on customer needs and provide personalized and appropriate services. The Company may collect your personal data when you purchase car detailing services, purchase products or apply to become our member.

Before purchasing our services or products, we may ask you to produce the original of your identity document, driving license, license plate book, such as Hong Kong identity card, and record your ID number. If you do not wish to produce the original copies of the relevant supporting documents, the Company reserves the right to provide you with any services or products.
You may be required to provide personally identifiable information from time to time, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, identification document number, telephone number, fax number, address, email address, credit card information, education level, occupation, household income, interests and preferred activities. If you refuse to provide the relevant information, the Company may be unable to provide you with appropriate services. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of your parent or guardian before providing any personally identifiable information to the Company.
Once you provide the Company with personally identifiable information, you may receive telephone calls, emails or direct marketing mails from time to time from the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or direct marketing advertising operators authorized in writing by the Company. If you do not wish to receive the relevant information, please write to our Marketing Manager together with your name, membership number and contact number. The Company may ask you to indicate your intention before registering to use the Services.
When you conduct business with the Company, the Company will keep all your transaction records for audit purposes. Our general policy is to keep such information for a reasonable period of time.
The Company will only transfer and share your personal data with its subsidiaries, affiliates and direct advertising operators authorized in writing by the Company. For details, please refer to the Company's statement on the collection of personal data. If you do not want the Company to disclose your information to the above related organizations, please write to the Company's Operations Manager together with your name, membership number and contact number.
You may write to our operations manager to request access to your personal data. We will comply with your request within forty days of receipt of your request in accordance with section 19(1) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Pursuant to section 20(3e) of the Ordinance, we have the right to refuse your request for access if you refuse to make such request in writing. Pursuant to Section 28 of the Ordinance, the Company may charge a reasonable fee for access to data. However, if you genuinely request access to your personal data for the purpose of making reasonable corrections, we may waive the relevant fees at our discretion.
You must write to our marketing manager to request changes to your personal information and provide the correct information that needs to be corrected. The Company will correct your personal data within forty days of receiving your request in accordance with Section 23 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. There will be no charge for correcting your personal data.
The personal data you provide to the Company will be properly stored in the Company's customer service system and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

As a San Club member, you may need to provide your personal data ("Personal Data") to the Company when you try out or purchase the Company's services and/or products ("Services") If the personal data is incomplete or incorrect, the Company may not be able to provide or continue to provide the relevant services to you.
The Company will always keep your personal information confidential. The Company's policies and practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, transfer, confidentiality and access of personal data comply with the laws of Hong Kong and are set out in this Statement.
You agree that the personal data you provide to the Company may be used and stored by the Company for the following purposes and other purposes agreed between you and the Company or required by law from time to time:

3. Processing any benefits arising from or related to the Services;
