This Privacy Statement outlines how we collect, use, manage and protect the personal data we may collect from or about you ("Personal Data") and applies to all individuals whose Personal Data may be handled by ("Star Services Limited*, its subsidiaries, associates and related partner companies) as a controller or processor, including but not limited to customers of Nu Skin Car Wash Services.

Protecting Your Privacy
We endeavour to process your information in accordance with the required standards, including protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data in compliance with, in particular and where applicable, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the “Ordinance”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”), where applicable.
Before using or providing your personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement, we may be required by law to obtain your written consent. In this case, we will only start using your personal data in the specified manner after obtaining your consent.

Your Personal Data
We may collect, use and retain various types of personal data about you. In order to operate our business (including verifying your identity to detect, prevent and deal with fraud, security or technical issues, registering, activating and managing your account with Star Services Limited, and billing and charging for our products and services (collectively, the "Services")) and comply with any applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, rules and/or requests issued by any government departments, courts, law enforcement or relevant authorities or regulators, you may need to provide personal data including but not limited to the following:
a. name, date of birth and other details as shown on your identity card or other legal documents, travel documents, student ID card and/or driver's license;
b. contact information including your name, address, telephone number, mobile number and/or email address;
c. Personal data you share with third-party social media platform operators (e.g. account login name, image, contact information);
d. payment information, including credit card, debit card and other online banking information;
e. account details or personal data related to registration for our services, including relevant PIN, user name or password, account number and/or service number;
f. device specific information such as hardware model, operating system, version, unique identifier, serial number, configuration settings, and software and mobile network configuration;
g. Information about how you use our services, such as your network usage, how you use our network, and your location when you use our services;
h. information that enables us to identify you to verify your identity, including biometric information such as your fingerprint and voiceprint;
i. Your credit and service history, so that we can assess whether you are eligible to use our services or process your request to transfer services or accounts;
j. all personal data required by applicable government departments, courts, law enforcement or relevant authorities or regulators to enable us to comply with any law, regulation, rule, judgment or court order (whether in or outside Hong Kong) or in connection therewith; and
k. Any other personal data which may be required from time to time by any member of Star Services Limited and/or their respective contractors, subcontractors, intermediaries, agents, business partners or representatives, brokers or contractors for the provision of the services.

How we collect personal data
We collect personal data in different ways, including:
a. Directly from you. For example, when you submit your personal data by phone or email, attend our events, fill in an application form or agreement for one of our services, or through our website, mobile or TV application or any customer service hotline or online chat room, or when you contact us to make an enquiry or request, or in the course of ordinary business dealings with us, or when we collect such personal data in accordance with legal requirements;
b. From third parties, such as related companies, business partners, or other customers or your representatives, with your consent;

San Club provides you with an online platform through this website, allowing you to browse service information and make reservations for services through this platform. By browsing/using this website and/or any person who orders services through you, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. Please read the following terms of use carefully. These policies apply to specific services, products or programs offered by San Club.

Reservation Service
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to form a legally binding contract.

Any service time stated on this platform is for reference only. The actual service time required will be adjusted according to the actual situation.

The platform system will send a confirmation notification to the email address registered by the user to confirm that we have received your order.

We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to refuse or cancel orders for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to where the service you ordered is not available.
If there is an error in your reservation (such as incorrect selection of a standard car/large-size car), the price difference will not be refunded, only the price difference will be reimbursed.

You must use the service within the deadline (90 days) and arrive at the branch service location on time. If you fail to use the service within the deadline, fail to show up on time or fail to provide booking information, you will not receive the service or a refund.

Price and Payment
The payment methods we accept include VISA, MasterCard, Alipay Hong Kong, and WeChat Pay. All services will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.
